Hello,
Does the preventive maintenance plan strategy hierarchy works same way in both scenarios:
Scenario 1: Strategy plan has only one item and in task list there is used multiple maintenance packages (example: small inspection every 1YEAR and big inspection every 5 YEAR)
Scenario 2: Strategy plan has two maintenance items
ITEM 1: small inspection every 1 YEAR (own task list with 1 year maintenance packet)
ITEM 2: big inspection every 5 YEAR (own task list with 5 year maintenance packet)
Question: Does the higher hierarchy prevent maintenance plan creation (for 1 year) in scenario 2
Request clarification before answering.
Greetings,
it would appear so yes. I have prepared an example of two maintenance plans for with the same maintenance strategy.
Strategy contains two packages:
I have prepared three different tasks lists:
Operations were properly assigned to packages - below example for FIRST task list example.
I prepared a maintenance plan for first scenario - one maintenance item with a task list containing two operations. Scheduling result is visible below.
I prepared a maintenance plan for second scenario - two maintenance items. Each with a different task list. First with one operation assigned to 1Y package and second with one operation assigned to 5Y package.
Scheduling result is visible below.
Best regards, M.
