Prevent scheduling in customer calendar when shutdown

We have a business requirement to apply customer calendars to unloading points to notify when a customer is shut down for a Holiday.

Creating in SCAL and the unloading point - works by giving a soft stop - advising the first date is during the customer shutdown.

What doesn't happen is - during back order rescheduling - the system does not move the GI date to after the shutdown - it allows the order line to continually be scheduled to ship during the customer shutdown.

Is there a way for the system to not allow scheduling during the shut down period on the customer calendar?

Hi community,

This customizing does not exist in the SAP standard system.

If the system displays a warning message that you are requesting a date during the shutdown period. This is the standard behavior, the system will not prevent the scheduling, it will only provide a warning message.

In summary, what the system is doing is right, the system will only display the message that you are doing something that should not but if you press enter, the system will accept your decision and it will reschedule in the shutdown period.

Thanks and Best Regards!

Guilherme
