Greetings Hari,

The basic requirement for creating a Multiple-counter Plan is to... create multiple counters (or just one if you are going to use a combined counter&calendar plan)

You can choose to create a cycle set in IP11Z t-code, but this is not mandatory.

The "OR" operation type is a logical indicator, which means that the maintenance call will be trigged when at least one of the cycles (couinters) is complete (e.g. 6 months, 2000 operating hours or 50000 gallons, whichever comes first). The opposite would be the "AND" operator, which causes the call to wait for all the cycles to complete (so the maintenance won't trigger e.g. until 12 months have passed and 5000 operating hours have run) - this can be used to avoid unnecessary revisions.

Greetings Venkata,

You need to create at least 1 counter with the characteristic for "kilometers" then, and assign in IP01. Other cycles for this plan may depend on other counters, or be time-dependent. Can you please give more information about your requirement?

Please follow the links posted by Maheswaran above.
