Prepayment Is not Getting Activated in PO ( No Tab is displayed)

Hi Team, 

We have activated Prepayment at company code level, but no where it is showing in the PO that this is related to Prepayment and also PPX Transaction Event is not getting triggered.

Can you please help us to achieve this cycle?
