PR05 display search

Dear experts,

when I want to enter travel expenses (PR05) I enter the name in the search help.

Actually, then the first and last name and the personal number is displayed normally.

I use the same SAPGui with my colleague. When she enter a name in the search field, she gets a list with first name, last name and personal number.

When I search for a name, my list shows just the personal number (without first and last name).

We both use the same SAPGUI. We also checked our authorizations;

All authorizations and also the parameters in the user profile are identical to the colleagues in the same department, where everything works correctly.

What is wrong here? I am very happy for any advice.

Can you check if running report RUTF4TOOLS (for deleting user personalization as mentioned in SAP note 1633984) is helping in this case?

Please refer below screen shot. On the search window, please click on highlighted option at extreme upper right corner and select the option "N" as shown below in screen shot.

Can you please share the screen shot what you are expecting? It would be better if you send both the screen shots of your system and your colleague system.

Dear Neeraj Jain,

in my list i would expect the same list like my colleague with first name, last name, and the personal number.

My list only shows personal number (without first name and last name) and the list is much longer than my colleagues list.

I added a screenshot "problem-pr05.png" in my first description. The first screenshot is from my colleague. The second one is from me.

Do you have any other idea? The system behaviour seems to be strange.

Hello duezenli,

Please do following steps:

1. Go to PR05

2. Search PersonnelNo

3. Your personnel list with only personnel No. will be displayed as shown in your screen shot

4. Right click on your Personnel No. List

5. A menu will be opened as attached in first screen shot.

6. Choose "Personalize"

7. An another pop-up window will be opened

8. Choose your fields from hidden column or you can press option "Return to Standard"

9. If choose only few fields then press left arrow, your fields will be moved to left window

10. Click ok tick, now your list will be displayed.
