PR should not allow to change the PR Qty after PO created

Hi Guys,

I'm having a requirement to put control on me54n. once PO created user should not allow to change the PR qty details on me54n .

example : suppose I have created the PR with 10 qty and I have done po creation , now again i went to me54n and unrelease the release strategy then change the PR qty from 10 to 15. Now i need a control here , system should not allow the change on PR once PO created.

can anyone help me on this....
