PR RELEASE ISSUE

Dear Team

I created 1 PR which is configured for auto release..

PR for overall release status showing nothing in Approval details tab in approval step & PR status is showing "In Release" .

Please help me to resolve this issue ... we have already created 4-5 PR in production server but in all the PR status is "In release" and no steps is showing in approval details tab. We are not able to create PO w.r.t. all the "In release" PR.pr-release-issue.png

Please suggest how to re-initiate release process or how to change status of PR from "In Relase" to "Released".

Hi Rajesh,

By the looks of it, it seems that your workflow process is not setup to automatically release the PR even though you stated this. Please recheck the workflow setup to confirm that it is without preconditions, agents are determined automatically and it has been activated.

You can then use the "Flexible workflow administration" app to see all the items in workflow and where it is stuck. It can be refresh processors or to cancel the workflow. There is another app "Workflow Administration" which can also be used to either restart the workflow or to redo agent determination.

I cancelled all the PR & reconfigured the workflow yesterday & Now it is working fine .
