Postprocess button in confirmation

Dear all

Confirmation are done for operations of production orders in transaction CO12.

Now and then we see a button in the confirmation: Postprocess. When we get COGI errors normally the errors are shown in transaction COGI. However, if the button Postprocess appears the COGI errors are not shown in transaction COGI. First the user has to press 'Postprocess'' and then the COGI errors can be followed up in transaction COGI.

See attached screenprint. Can somebody please explain why this button appears? Can somebody please provide solution that the COGI errors are shown automatically in transaction COGI (without having the 'Postprocess button').
