Postings missing in "Projects - Actuals" app

We use the app "Projects - Actuals" for reporting of projects, and we noticed that sometimes, the postings of debit/credit are missing and not included in the report. What could be the reason?

Hi SAP Community,


The app "Projects - Actuals" is an Analytical app for Actuals report/analysis. This application allows you to manipulate the grid, which affects the query results by moving available characteristics to and from the grid axes. Therefore, please be assured to select the correct fields necessary to collect the needed information (e.g. Project, WBS Element, Account, Journal Entry...).
