Posting Group Journal Entry App ISSUE

There is no data after clicking the Execute button in the Posting Group Journal Entry App, and no fields appear—the screen remains completely blank after clicking the Create button.

What's causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

Seems this is a frontend issue, you may re-index BSP application following note n.2227577 and the very last step is to clear cache in your gateway (/n/IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP) and backend /n/IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP
