Posting CxML Invocie from postman with PDF attachment to SAP Ariba Procurement

I am looking for an inputs how to post cxml invoice with attachment from postman to ariba procurement. I saw the document which is mentioned below

How can I encode or create URL with cid URL>cid:1735239107.1592222922946@cxml.org</URL> to update the cxml payload

SAP Ariba Procurement is a broad term.

You cannot post a cxml invoice to SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. You need to post it through a Network.

If you do it through Network you have two ways:

1) through Service Provider account to which your customer is subscribed to 

2) as a integrated supplier to Network

To have a Service Provider account your customer needs a licence called openICS. Once you have that licence, there are SAP services allocated with that licence to explain to you how exactly you can encode via base64 an attachment to invoice.

Hi Prem. Thanks for the response. We have done posting cxml invoice from postman and invoice reaching sucessfully. now facing challange to post cxml invoice with PDF attachment

Hello Mohammed, can you please suggest as when i am trying to post invoice from postman then i am getting HTTP 201 "Accepted" but no invoice i see in Business network or on B&I
