Post Goods Movement - not authorized

Hello,

I am trying to use the Post Goods Movement app to close a Purchase Order. However, I get the error:

"You have no authorization for this transaction in plant 1000"

I have tried to add the roles described in the Fiori App Reference but it is still not working. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello,

As mentionned if you launch SU53 in the backend just after the error message is displayed, you should be able to see the missing authorization object.

Just in case, you should be able to get the same error message using MIGO.

Here you are facing a data authorization issue. The mentioned role in sap fiori app will not help

The best approach is to check SU53 after encountering the error and ask the authorization team to add the missing authorization objects.

I guess my question is how to add the authorization objects? This is a development system so I have been the admin and trying to figure out as I go along.

When I activate the trace then I can see "Authorization Check Status: Failed" and then it lists my Plant. It also provides a list of all the roles I have assigned which are all Unrestricted.
