Possible to change the item category when copying the line item of framework PO?

When copying the line items in existing framework Purchase order (item cat - B), the item category field is greyed out in the copied line and can't be edited any more. Is it possible to change by doing any configurations?

I could like to confirm you that its the standard behavior that when line item is copied for framework PO to create new line, the item category and account assignment category will be copied and can't be edited. Its the standard design.

I have double checked in our internal system as well and confirming you here.
