Possibility of Strategy based plan having different planned date based on check points

Hi Team,

I have created strategy based plan for the preventive maintenance. I want 1 maintenance plan per equipment.

Equipment is having maintenance frequency of 2 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, 1Yr, 2Yr.

Currently business is not using SAP and doing manually. So they are managing to maintenance based on the frequency having different dates.

for ex:- 2Month carried out on 01.01.2022 and 1 Yr points on 10.01.2022.

Now they are switching to SAP but as per SAP standard strategy process it will not match the same date as they are doing manually. After configuring in SAP it will show maintenance date as if 2 Month planned date is 01.01.2022 then for 1 Yr it will be 01.11.2022. Is there any way to match the planned date using same maintenance plan.

Change the schduling parameters from TIme to Time - Key Date, then reschedule in in IP10.

Hi Peter,

With Time-key date it will also impact the plan date for 3 Month. I want different plan date for 3 Month and different for 6 Month.

Sorry, what do you mean by different dates for 3M and 6M packages??

Taking only the 2M and 1Y packages with a hierarchy, then the sequence would be 2M, 2M, 2M, 2M, 2M, 1Y.

So what settings are you using in the MP scheduling parameters (send a screen-shot)?

For below scenario Task list is maintained for 2 month, 6 month, 1 Year, 2 year

Now as per above screenshot Plan date for 2 Month is from 05.01.2021 and 1 Yearly coming as 05.11.2021.

As per business case they want 1 Year to be start from 10.10.2021.

Is it it possible to keep different plan date for different frequencies in an single maintenance plan.
