We have a requirement to send customer electronic invoices to a service provider (like Saphety) from S/4 Hana (private edition or on premises).
Is it necessary to install the document compliance and report framework, or there's an alternative flow in S/4?
From what we've saw in sap note 2134248, it seems that the document compliance and report framework is necessary for "legal compliance aspects", not for all electronic invoices. This question is also because we're worried that this may cost an extra subscription for the customer.
