PO with Alternate UOM and Stock Report with Alternate UOM

Hello Experts,

Our client has the following requirement, can you advise the best solution for this.  Searched on the Web, but did not find the solution.

Base unit of measure = KG, Purchase UOM = M2 (Sq M.),  say 1 KG = 1.5 M2, sometime it may be 1 KG = 1.5 M2, or 1 KG = 1.8 M2, or 1 KG = 1.3 M2, .....  How to handle this?  Only in Inforecord, or do we need to change always in Alternate UOM.  

How to see the stock in both UOMs (i.e. in KG and in M2) in MMBE only?

In SAP S/4HANA, the path mentioned for enabling "Display Quantities in Alternative UOM" in MMBE has changed. Follow these steps instead:
1. Enable Alternative UOM Display in MMBE
- Go to Transaction MMBE
- Click on "Settings" (top-right corner)
- Enable "Display Quantities in Alternative UOM"
2. Configure in SPRO (If needed)
If the option is missing, check the following settings:
- SPRO → Logistics - General → Material Master → Settings for Key Fields → Define Unit of Measure Groups
- SPRO → Logistics - General → Material Master → Basic Settings → Define Attributes of Material Document Types (For stock display settings)
3. Use Fiori App for Stock Overview
Alternatively, use the Fiori App "Stock - Single Material" to display stock in both Base UOM (KG) and Alternative UOM (M2).
