PO Release Strategy User exit - PO item addition flag?

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement which I need to know whether PO item is added or not in user exit "EXIT_SAPLEBND_002"(PO Release user exit).

The Import parameter "IT_BEKPO" seems not have some kind of flag. (I,U,D, etc)

And I also checked program"SAPLMEPO" 's global variables, but couldn't find good one.(There is xekpo and yekpo table, but nothing is added to those tables.)

How can I know PO item is newly added or not in this user exit.

I forgot to write important thing.

I know if I select EKPO and when there is no record, then it's an added item. But I prefer not to select EKPO in this user exit.
