How can we check the release status of Purchase Orders - pending release at different levels

Go to ME29N and select "Other Purchase Orders" option where you should enter the PO Number. Then, select the header level, since the release strategy is maintained in the header level. Go to the Release Strategy Tab and you are able to see how the PO has been released at various levels if multiple levels are present. Furthermore, you can see the overall Release status under "Release Indicator".

Transaction ME2N:

Click the dynamic selection button

Expand "Purchasing document Header" folder

=> Here you can find release group, release strategy,

release status, subject to release field based on your

requirement.

Hi,.

Using T-code ME29N - Release Purchasing Document, give input data as follows :

Release Code _______ (give particular person code)

Scope of List 'ALV'

Purchasing Document Category 'F'

Set Release and Release Prerequisite fulfilled options are tick marked and then execute the report, it shown all unreleased purchase order document displayed.

The simplest way is to open the PO in me29n and go to the release strategy tab......

Go to the Tcode me29n or else me28, their in the respective PO release flag will be their.
