PO/PR Creation by the WBS element

Hello All,

How can we control the PO or PR Creation by the WBS elements. below is example for the PR or PO Creation.

we will entering the WBS element and Expense GL Account Manually in the PR and PO

Example:

WBS1 ---> Only User 1 Can create the PR or PO.

WBS2 ---> Only User 2 can create the PR or PO.

is there any standard authorization objects available to control this scenario.

Hi

No standard authorization objects because your logic is linked to specific WBS elements that are created as you go.

This logic can be tried by using a validation for CO LI based on WBS sets and User sets that has to be maintained.

You can also investigate for the ACL functionality or authorizations.

ACL will be your best bet. It is the functionality that controls access on the object level.
