We have created PO and sent to vendor successfully using PO form as email attachment.
Now we want to delete the line item and ultimately cancel the PO.
We want to send the notification to vendor about the PO deletion.
How can we achieve the requirement.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear @prachijirafe,
if you would like to send a change output to your supplier after setting the deletion indicator you need to activate the field PURCHASINGDOCUMENTDELETIONCODE in SSCUI 102272.
Please see also a related KBA for this topic KBA 2982108.
best regards,
Marius

Hi @prachijirafe,
could you please check the configuration in IMG for the path:
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes.
Best regards,
Marius
I do not recall Cancellation get printed on the PO -- You have to work your ABAP team member to make line items deleted show as cancelled on the PO layout -- may be configuring a separate output type for cancellation would be right solution here that can use cancelation layout and send to vendor -- as mainly if line item is deleted it should be printed on the PO---I would recommend using separate output type that would allow you send cancelation.

Discuss with ABAPer once PO line item/s is/are deleted vendor should get notification as your PO is cancelled( PO_XXXXXXXXXX cancelled as header) the way of similarly vendor receive a new PO once created and released to their inbox .
