PO Creation and Approval timing is wrongly showing in the approval workflow

In reference to the attached image of the PO approval process, we observed that after Mr. Raja Gunasekaran’s approval, the workflow proceeded to Mr. Pasupathy for further approval. However, there appears to be an unexpected intervention by Mr. Sumanth, as the system shows he created a task in between these steps.Upon checking with Mr. Sumanth, he has confirmed that he did not make any changes to the PO. Additionally, both Mr. Raja’s approval and the task creation attributed to Mr. Sumanth are timestamped at 10:11, indicating they occurred simultaneously.

Regarding the time issue, I would like to suggest to check the following information:

• Review the system's time zone settings to ensure they are correctly configured.
• Consider adjusting user time zone settings if necessary.
• Ensure that the flexible workflow for purchase orders is properly configured.
• Review the settings for automatic, one-step, or multi-step approval processes
• Be aware that the system intentionally uses different time zones for different purposes. For example: 
  1. The system uses different time zones for document dates to comply with international balance sheet legal requirements 
  2. The document/posting date is based on the local time zone (e.g., German time zone GMT+2).
  3. The creation date is based on the system server time zone, which is typically set to UTC
