PO change after release

Dears,

we could adjust PO release indication in a way to select new release upon PO changes, but in PR we can choose certain layout with specific field to changeable and others not (after PR release).

is there a way we can do the same for PO after final release even user exit or ?

Implement an implicit enhancement in FM ME_REL_STRATEGIE_EKKO according to your reqiurements.

Is it for EKKO fields only or Abaper can include EKPO also.

FM also processed if changes take place in EKPO.

Hi,

PO is a committed document by your business to your vendor with all purchasing conditions and once PO released- Your PO send to vendor by E-mail /Print/Fax with PO header as NEW PO:-XXXXXXX

Again- If you want change the same PO and re-release, The same PO will be E-mailed/Printed with PO header as CHANGED PO:-XXXXXXX.

Now you need to decide- if you change your newly created PO which already sent to vendor- What are fields needs to be restricted &  which are fields allowed to change with enhancement only.

without touching critical fields (price, qty, ..), there is some control fields to be changed after sending to vendor like (delivery completed, frieght conditions value , . .. )

Not to my knowledge.

You may turn the behavior, meaning to allow changes after a PO release in general and restricting certain changes via user exit.
