pm/sm order - purchase requestion - delivery address header-displaymode

Dear MM experts,

In service order - operations - automatic pr is created after release of service order (control key).

The same pr is opened thru ME52n, facing problem that the entire PR is in display mode,

but surprised to see the entire requisition is not change from display to change mode in ME52n.

Actually, user wud like to pull the delivery address at header level thru drop down list in address field/vendor

or

is there any method to pull the delivery address in service order by clicking on pr no.?

kindly help how the Service Order PR be available change mode in ME52n.

Hi Srihari,

As your PR is generated from PM/CS order , it will not be available in change mode in ME52.

You have to use the customer exits, as suggested by Thyagarajan

i think since your PR is generated from PM/CS order ,either you have to specify the same in the order or you have to use the customer exit COZF0001 or COZF0002 for changing the PR

I don't want to have any customer exits, i wanted to ensure the user in service order or at me52n to pul the delivery address from drop down so that the purchase person knows the service activity at which customer site, accordingly vendor is aware of the address of service being performed.

either at service order level (iw32/change mode) to pul the delivery address for purchase requisition or thru me52n the delivery address header level is to be inchange mode.

i think it is not possible without user exit either you have use at the order level to ensure deliver address has been entered or at PR for changing the same.
