PM Order Mass Deletion Flag

Hi Experts.

Is there is any way to delete the PM Order in Mass through SAP standard transaction.

I dont want to use LSMW ,BDC & SCATT

hi Amit,

Use Tcode SARA, with object "PM_ORDER", then go to option Pre-procesing, set the variant with the range of workorders that you want to set the deletion indicator, save it. finally execute to Run the Job

Is it possible by t-code like IW38 or any other PM order change t-code.

Hello Amit,

There is no other way to delete the orders other than SARA.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no T Code like IW38 or IW28 to delete the order or notification. Its only available for Task list deletion.

For deleting the order you need to go thorugh the archiving process. Please refer the SAP help archiving process before deleting or archiving. you need to know all the dependencies tables and prerequisite activities to be carried out before deleting.
