PM Order Internal Labor Cost

Dear Experts ,

kindly i need to ask about activity type related to controlling .... i know how to using in plant maintenance my question is when i add operation 1 HOUR and rate 10$ cost will be 1*10=10 this for internal processing i need to know is this cost for labor and effect in salary i need to know about this cost and where is effect

thanks for this documentation , i need to know advantage for plan labor cost from the point of plant maintenance and after this actual cost post to CO my question what is the advantage plan & actual cost in maintenance order
