Hello experts ,
In the operation tab of a maintenance order, the Functional Location and Equipment fields are greyed out. I would like to enable these fields for editing. I know that by creating notfication the equipment and functional location can be picked up from the notfication but to give inputs at the screen instead of notification is there any option? if yes how to achieve this.
Could anyone guide me on the procedure or necessary configuration changes to achieve this?

if your purpose is to link and equipment or functional location which is affected or used while executing the operation then use the PRT button and link and equipment (PRT only) there or else enter the equipment id in object list. If you can tell us the business purpose then we can tell you more about it.
