PM Notification workflow for my inbox sap s/4 hana

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to configure the workflow for plant maintenence notification. I have gone through many blogs but did not got clear idea about configure it for S/4 hana on premise my inbox app. Can some one please help to share some blogs / content which can be helpfull for this configuration.

Hi Saurabh,

I vaguely remember, notification will not be sent, only the actions are received in My Inbox. When you receive a workflow, you need to action by either approve, decline, return etc.

Hi Saurabh,

For to do this you will need acess the configuration in SPRO

Go to Tcode SPRO >> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service >> Maintenance and Service Processing >> Maintenance and Service Notifications >> Notification Processing >> Set Workflow for Maintenance Notifications.

Hello Flavio,

thanks for the suggestions. I have went there and activated the Workflow WS20000317, it is appraring in sapgui inbox but not in fiori my inbox. Do i need to maintain it and handle actions explicitely by BADI implementation ?

Also after putting it in progess by accessing via SBWP tcode workitem is not getting removed from inbox.
