We attempted to have a Go Live on our Sap Project, but in the middle of the Cutover period the Team decided we cannot go ahead and opted for a No Go decision. We are going to have a second attempt. One of the concerns raised was that the reports for before and after images were limited. The team then tasked me to come up with a suggestion for more reports to include to show that the system is still stable after the migration.
I kindly request your suggestions on which type of reports to include for the Before and After images besides the MCIS.
