"Grouping
Use
In this field you can assign a group description for the existing component (audit plan, audit, question list) using user-defined text entries.
You can use the grouping to group together audit components with similar properties (for example, identical questions from different norms). In addition, you can use the entries in this field as search criteria (for example, in the audit monitor).
Dependencies
The input help for this field proposes all group descriptions that were previously assigned to the current component category.
If, for example, you are processing an audit plan:
- All group descriptions that have previously been used for processing audit plans will be proposed.
- Group descriptions that were used for processing other components (for example, audits) will not be proposed."
