Planning Data from ACDOCP to ACDOCU Group Reporting

Hi!

I need your help to understand if it is possible to send/export data from ACDOCP to ACDOCU (Group Reporting table).

The aim is to consolidate budget data using Group Reporting tool.

In case, is it possible to define a simplified consolidation process for budget data elaboration?

Hello Former Member,

Surely, by GR design, plan data from ACDOCP can be replicate to ACDOCU.

You start by configurating Plan consolidation Version by adding Planning Category(ACT,PLN from FI module).

We can do it right here:

Specifies that the current consolidation version is used for the consolidation of plan data.

Use these settings if you want to integrate plan data from plan data line items (ACDOCP) from Accounting into this version. If you have selected the Version for Plan Data checkbox and assigned the consolidation unit of the Read from Universal Journal data transfer method, the data for the current version is transferred from the Plan Data Line Items (ACDOCP) table instead of from the Line Items in Journal Entry (ACDOCA) table.

This will help to design Plan or Forecast process by customer need. This is specfic to one period.

Yes, it is. When you configure your Consolidation Version, there is an option to say it's a version for plan data. If you check that box, it will then ask you which ACDOCP plan data category to load from ACDOCP to ACDOCU.

But when we check the box, and save it, an error is displayed with message delete Source of group currency. so how to configure in which currency will data flow from ACDOCP to ACDOCU.
