Hello
In CRM service scenario, for the CRM service order (for spare part items), internal order is created in ECC. The planned costs on the internal order is updated with the standard costs of spare part items.
The internal order is also updated with revenues contained in the condition types of service order. This line is created with variable item line in the internal order cost planning. However, no cost element is getting assigned to this line item.
Kindly highlight how revenue cost element gets picked to this revnue line item in internal order.
Thanks.

Hello
The error message is reproduced below. This error is for planned revenue line item (created for spare part item of service order) getting posted in the interna order as variable line items.
Itemization item 00002 does not have a cost element
Message no. CKBK024
Diagnosis
Itemization item 00002 does not have a cost element even though this is obligatory for cost estimates with Costing variant PCO2 and Cost element.
System Response
The itemization item concerned is designated as incorrect.
Procedure
Either enter a cost element or change the control parameters for the account determination for item categories with Automatic account determination .
The timesheet integration setup in SCRM is for service items for transferring costs to ECC. The item categories set up in timesheets integration (SCRM) are not relevant for spare part items.

Please check the intetrnal order with tcode CRMSRVCOCP and check for error messages if any.
Please check in R/3, if the relevant item category maintained in
