Planned Integration of TM and WM (5HP/1P9/BME + 3BS) – How to Track Upcoming Releases?

In the public cloud we are planning to implement warehouses, which are WM managed. In the outbound process (scope ID 3BS) there is also a need to plan the transports for stock transfer orders. We would like to use the scope IDs 5HP, 1P9 and BME for country internal and cross border stock transfers. We have found out, that this scenario is not supported, but there is something planned for 2026 Q1. Can you please share a list of functionalities, which are not supported so far (like delivery creation via transport cockpit? automatically posting GI via check out etc?). Can you please also share a detailed list, about which functionalities will be included in the release in Q1 2026?

Dear SAP Community,

Currently, the transportation planning scenario for stock transfer orders (STOs) using scope items 5HP, 1P9, and BME in combination with WM-managed warehouses (scope item 3BS) is not yet supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. Key functionalities such as delivery creation via the transportation cockpit, automatic integration with freight units, and automatic posting of goods issue (GI) after checkout are not available. However, SAP has created a plan for the Q1 2026 release, aiming to enable a fully integrated and automated end-to-end process for internal and cross-border STOs, including seamless integration with the transportation cockpit and improved logistical execution.

Customers can explore upcoming innovations and planned features in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition through the following official channels:

Dear SAP Community,

The Advanced intercompany stock transfer (5HP) with warehouse management and transportation management (outbound) is currently not available as mentioned previously.

But the Stock Transport Orders with Outbound Warehouse Processing is currently available on our systems.

This supports the scope item Stock Transfer with Delivery (BME) with scope item Warehouse Outbound Processing (3BS).

For further information, please check the documents below:
