As title says, user has been attempting to create deliveries through VL10B and once created, the planned goods issue date does not flow over to the delivery when created. This is exclusive to this user's profile. The fields are automatically populated when they use another account.
I know this field is dynamic and can be changed manually, however, when the deliveries are created an IDOC sends to an external system with the planned GI date, so it is a necessity that it automatically populates.
Does anyone have any ideas if a profile parameter could be be preventing the Planned GI date from flowing to delivery during VL10B creation? I've asked user to send SU53 as well as User Role tab between IDs they are using to start off.
Above attached example is of a delivery that was created and later PGI'd. As you can see the Actual GI date populated, but the Planned GI field was and remained empty from the beginning.

This has never happened to me with NL deliveries, but if you are looking for profile parameters related to VL10* - LE_VL10_PROFIL and LE_VL10_SZENARIO would be the first that I would check.
Just an idea - if you suspect that user profile parameters have something to do with this problem - why not add all parameters from user A (that has this problem) to user B (who does not experience it) and ask them to run the transaction?
By the way, I hope that you use exactly the same data for creating deliveries (the same STOs), otherwise the test is not very accurate.

Thank you, I've forwarded to our security team for them to investigate profile parameters as you have suggested. I do not have authorization to do so. In addition, we have been using the exact same test scenarios to try and replicate the issue, and it seems to be exclusive to one user's profile. I will follow up with updates.
