Hi Experts,
While updating Planned Down Time option in customer on boarding form, I mentioned it as Second Sunday of 10:30PM IST. I need more clarification on Planned Down Time in CoF.
1) What does Planned Down Time mean? and the purpose of Planned down time?
2) Does SAP perform any activity only on the day only I mentioned above?
3) Does SAP intimate about down time to the customer before taking any action?
4) Can we change Planned downtime in future based on business needs?
5) Please give more insight on planned downtime on customer onboarding form.
Kindly address the above points which will help us to take decision on Planned down time
