Planned Delivery Time in S4HANA for Stock Transfer Requisition

Hi Experts,

Loc A: Destination Plant Loc B: Supplying Plant Loc C: Production Mill

We have above network where there are 2 Locations (Loc A is delivery plant for Sales Order; Loc B is Transit Terminal) and Loc C as Production Mill

There is fixed transport lead times between Loc A and Loc B, Loc B and Loc C. We have maintained Planned Delivery Time and marked Advanced Planning indicator on 3 plants. We have maintained special Procurement key for Stock Transfer request from A to B and B to C

MRP Live is generating proposal for STR, PReqRel in Loc A, B and C. In Loc C, we have planned order to fulfil PreqRel demand.

Problem Statement: STR dates are not following Planned Delivery time maintained in the respective Destination or Supplying Plant.

We maintained P.Inforecord and Transportation Lane but it didn't work

Any suggestion would be helpful

Hello,

Transportation lanes are are used in PP/DS which has a Planned delivery time.

and Means of transport are used to move goods between the locations of a transportation lane and product specific duration of means of transport are used for scheduling of stock transfer requisitions.

During source determination a transporation lane is picked first, followed by reading all available MoT of the planning version 000 for specific transportation lane

Make sure that one MoT is maintained for each transportation lane in /SAPAPO/SCC_TL1 with transport duration.

Please refer useful SAP help document how to CIF PIR as T lane and maintain means of transport.

Thanks for the clarification.

However, now we are getting difference of dates in MD04 and RRP3

Saturday is non working date. Product Master in PPDS doesn't have any GR/GI except TL

Hi Nitin,

I dont see any screen shots attached. Please attach the screen shots. Also a point which you need to observe here is what are the calendars that are assigned to the respective location masters (A,B and C) in the( Production calendar, shipping and receiving calendars).

If GR times are being used have you modelled the handling resource to capture it with reference to Advance planning ?

Please check these and attach the screen shots which shall help in investigation.
