Planned cost not getting displayed in Maintenance Order

Former Member

Hi There,

I have created a maintenance order for Labour activity but the planned cost is not coming in the cost tab.

1: I have maintained the labour rate in KP26 for activity type.

2: I have already assigned the cost elements to value category.

3: When I take a inhouse material then the plan cost is displayed but not for labour.

Please let me know if any other setting is required to display the plan cost in order.

Thanks,

Sanjay

I believe that you have maintained activity type, work (hrs) in operations.

Also check if the rate is available for the current period in KP26.

Pl check & let us know, what error comes when you carry out the costing in order.

Vijay

Hi Vijay,

I have maintained the working hours and activity type is automatic pulled from the work centre. Cost is also maintained in KP26.

But still there is no success.

Thanks,

Sanjay

Please Check & Do the setting in SPRO for the Below Nodes

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings -> General Order Settlement -> Maintain Allocation Structure

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings -> Settings for Display of Costs -> Maintain Value Categories

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Functions and Setting for Order Types -> Costing Data for Maintenance and Service Orders -> Assign Costing Parameters and Results Analysis Keys

Check whether in OIOF Costing Variant is assigned to your order type .

Hi Iqbal,

The cost variant is assigned to the order type. But i am not able to see the same cost variant (PM01) in CO area.

Is it creating an issue?

Thanks,

Sanjay

Hi Iqbal,

The issue is resolved now. The issue was with the incorrectly maintained activity type.

We removed the Capacity and Plan Activity which was not required in SAP PM scenario.

Now its working fine.

Thanks for the support.
