PIR Issue With Cumulative qty.

Dear Sir :

Salable Material : R-F110

Strategy Group : 10

PIR : 1000 + 2000 + 3000

Total No. of Materials (BOM Item) involved is 10 nos.

But as a result of MRP run only 9 materials are listed. Missing Material is R-T410.

R-B310 is one of component (HALB) which is the output of a Item R-T410 (ROH). Both have a MRP Type as PD.

I Compared the Material Master Setting of Both R-B310 & R-T410 with another material of same environment and ensure the similarities - Found Ok.

Stock of all ALL materials involved are ZERO.

I saved the MRP result in a condition as specified & highlighted above.

In MD04, No planned order is seen for R-B310 only Dep. Req. is available.

In MD04 of R-T410 NEITHER PLANNED ORDER NOR DEP. REQ. is seen.

I selected a Planned of R-F110 in MD04 and looked for PEGGED REQ. in stock overview tree, where i can't see R-T410 also i can't expand R-B310 further ( as if there is NO BOM).

I checked in CS11, CS12 & CS13. Everywhere the link b/w R-B310 & R-T410 exists.

After making so many trial and errors, found that when my total PIR is below 4000 nos ALL IS WORKING GOOD when it exceeds 4000 nos gives problem.

e.g., 500+500+2000 = 3000 nos of PIR ----------------> OK.

        1000+2000+3000 = 6000 nos of PIR ------------------> R-T410 is Excluded in MRP RUN --------> Problem.

BOM is valid for lot size and order date.

Production Version is maintained and found ok. REM indicator set, REM profile assigned.

Pls give a solution.......................

Hi Dinesh,

Please check and compare all fields of header BOM - components. and ensure production version is correctly maintained, you could compare header Item PV with SFG PV. make sure all entry are filled.
