Hi All,

I need to configure the Administrator group for different PA.

I tried doing it as Company Code -> PA -> Administrator group & Otherwise marked as return value **** and for the otherwise node of company code marked as return value of  ****.

And defined the list of administrator names in table T526 but still not getting the list in IT001.

Please guide.

Can you place the screen shot how exactly you have configured it since you can default administrators on the basis of administrator group and below are the decision operations.

Once you activate the feature you can see defaulted value as below whether it is coming or not check.

Which is administrator group from table T526.

If it is not appearing there what you can do is there are 3 nodes under TCLAS

A, B , Otherwise maintain the same structure under Otherwise and activate it then a take new employee as test case and existing employee as another test case then check the difference you will get an idea.

IT0001 there is a field right bottom side which i placed a screen shot similarly it should update for your idea just create a new employee you can find out easily later explore system with possible scenarios.

I am able to  get the administrator  group as per PA in IT0001 but have to press F4 for selecting it. Please guide how to get it defaulted.
