Picking of quant in SAP WM (not EWM) allocated to special stock segment 'Q' (project)

Hello Experts

Greetings !! I have a question related picking of project WBS allocated stock against outbound delivery (we are using LP delivery by the way). The situation involves WM managed location. The process is we create outbound delivery from project (no issues) and it triggers std. SAP WMTA output that creates transfer order for that delivery. With regular stock (no special stock), this process works perfectly.

However, we are introducing a new business line where the stock will be allocated at receipt (from manufacturing) to a project-WBS (again, everything is working correctly as per std. SAP). We are creating outbound delivery (LP delivery is creating flawlessly and so as the triggering of WMTA output). The issue is WM transfer order is not getting created.

what I am trying to understand is how to pick this Q-stock against outbound delivery? Is there a std. config or setting I am missing or it will need custom enhancement/exit/BADI etc. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. We are at the verge of a go-live situation and this is causing a huge issue.
