Physical path for logical file

Hi All,

I am trying to upload transport request into SAP(SAP S/4HANA 1610) using transaction CG3Z but was getting information message "No physical path is configured for logical file name EHS_FTAPPL_2".

Checked the physical path in the transaction FILE and it is showing empty. Could you please let me know which configuration settings should Be checked/filled?

Hi,

You should add an entry for the UNIX Group, it should look like this.

Onces you set the entry, the error will disappear.

The solution provided with SFILE works.

But it works for a single directory.

Is it possible to provide access to several directories?

Hi,

Create the directories in such a way that it is under a single common directory, the common directory can be maintained in SFILE so that all the directories under the common directory can be used for uploading via CG3Z.
