Physical Inventory Tolerance check for quantity

Hello All,

When I perform the physical inventory counting for WM, the tolerance check is always done on amount. Could you please suggest if there is a way to perform this tolerance check on quantity basis?

For example, if the count entered for a bin is above certain quantity, it should provide us a message.

If you are using standard SAP count transaction (LI11N) then tolerance message is always on quantity and not on value.

Logic to get the percentage value in standard SAP is

(Quantity entered on inventory count screen - Book stock ) * 100 / Book stock

e.g (800 - 200) * 100 / 200

In this case the information message on bottom left corner will be

"Difference compared to book quantity 300.00% "
