Phase based Maintenance processing

Hi ,

I am configuring custom notification types and orders for phased based maintenance processing in Private cloud.

I am configuring this mainly for cost based order approval. So I want my Maintenance request to be auto approved.

How can I achieve this?

In this config

IMG node : SPRO -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-> Maintenance and Service Processing-> Maintenance and Service Notifications->Overview of Notification Type->Partner Function, Approval-> Approval Required

if I uncheck the Approval required check box , then notification is created in "Create maintenance request" without need for approval but Iam unable to use "Manage maintenance notification and orders" app for Order creation. I donot need approval for notification and also I need to use the app "Manage maintenance notification and orders" for Order creation.
