Personal setting "company code" in Me21n

Hi all, 

I need to make insivible by default the personnal setting "company code" in Me21n.

I tried by SHD0 with the option "Invisible" but my test is KO.
I did the variante's activation and user's affectation.
Do you have any idea why my test with SHD0 is KO or maybe an other idea in SPRO?

Try this:

go to SE51, program SAPLMEPERS, Screen number 1101 > change

then make MEPOHEADER_PROP-BUKRS invisible
