Periodically in SAP B1 through License admin - user type licenses swapped to users, need change log

Hi,

Periodically in SAP B1 through License administration, when an employee quits the organisation through user type licenses swapped to new user.

Audit team is asking for a log on user type licenses swapping. How do we do that, please guide
