Period 13 - Running Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor

We have posted some entries (Related to changes in allocation within the group) in the special period 13, now as a check i wanted to run the consolidation for the special period and ensure that this change does not have any impact on the group numbers. While running the Data monitor and the consolidation monitor in period 13 I am unable to receive data in the first step that is Release of Universal Journal. Can you please help with this?

Hello sakshamr9,

Its not possible to have special period in GR (13,14,15 and 16). If you data in special period in S/4 system automatically move them into Period 12 in GR i.e., FYV must be same in GR as well as in S/4. That's how the tool is designed as of today.

That's the reason it showing like that in your data monitor. Hope this helps.

Thank you Saida for your response, understood your comment. One thing i am not sure of since i closed the period 12 in GR and after that there was some entries in Period 13 in S/4, do i need to open the period 12 in GR and run the Data and Consolidation monitor again?
