PC00_MNA_CC_ADM Cost center Admin report - Security, run for specific company code

I am trying to implement security on PC00_MNA_CC_ADM Cost center Admin, I wan to create a role with authorization to get report for one company or Personal Area

We have company like 1000,2000,3000 I want to create 3 roles for 3 companies. How can i achieve this. When I check there is no authorization objects available. When user runs report it should bring the data related to that role with company code. is anybody can help on this?

Hi Sajith,

I just performed a trace of this tcode in my system and, unfortunately, I see that SAP is not calling for any company code created objects when it runs this report. In fact, it's hardly calling for anything at all beyond the tcode.

I have to wonder if the "Administrator" part of this tcode indicates it's intended for users with very broad access, so this report would not be intended for controlling by much of anything. If you have the tcode, you get all the data.

I did also notice there's a "MAN"/Manager version of this tcode out there (in my system): PC00_MNA_CC_MAN

When tcode PC00_MNA_CC_MAN is run, the first thing SAP looks for (in my system) are HR objects. I would suppose if this was run by a manager, the results of that report would be restricted based on the HR managerial relationships.

So, I think there's no answer for your intent here. If it were me, I would open a SAP Incident on this question and see if you can talk them into implementing an appropriate authorization object on this report by stating your case. I have sometimes been successful in getting things changed by this method.
