Payroll Control Center Error - No payroll area selected

I am running the 'Create Test Payroll Data' step in Payroll Control Center in SAP (not SuccessFactors). I'm getting an error that states, "No payroll area selected". I'll attach the payroll log image to show what it selected with the payroll area selection-screen field. It looks like it is including and excluding at the same time. Weird.

Turns out the error was coming from the payroll driver. Even though you don't get this error when running the payroll driver in simulation mode, the PCC doesn't like when you run past payroll periods that have been Exited. You will get the error above. I ran the next payroll period and the error went away.

I had sent the error to SAP and also asked them how to debug PCC (my break-points would never stop the processing or ignored). You have to set an External break-point for it to stop. Then run the PCC. FYI.
