Hi Anil,

Step1- Search for an existing run control ID or add a new run control ID.

Step2-On the Print Check page, select the Process Request Parameters:

Select Pay Run ID associated with the on-cycle checks.

Select the On-Cycle radio button

Enter the check Starting Number and the Ending Number in the respective fields. This will ensure that only those checks specified will print.

Only print check in contiguous groups. This will avoid printing checks that processed earlier.

If you do not indicate any numbers, all on-cycle checks will print, even if they were printed in a previous process.

Step3- Click the Run button

Step4- Give Run control ID In the Check print tab and Give Pay Run ID select Payroll Cycle as On-Cycle and Give Check nos (Starting no-Ending No) save it.

On the Process Scheduler Request page, select Printer and HP

Wait for each check print job to finish, otherwise, one group will print multiple times, even if you specified different run control parameters.

Verify all the intended checks printed on the check stock.

Note: Checks print with a check stub. This is not the Earnings Statement for this employee's check.Print the next group, if necessary.

On the log, document the on-cycle check number and the specific payroll associated with the on-cycle check

Once all the checks have printed, place all remaining check stock back into the box.

Lock the box of check stock into the safe.

Check printing operator will submit the checks to the Service Center Supervior for approval and distribution.

HI Sridhar,

Thanks for quick response.

We are running payroll using T.code: PC00_M40_CALC

Once done we are posting to Accounts using T.code : PC00_M99_CIPE.

Please correct me If any changes needed

Can you please suggest us where this control ID I can set up ?
