Payment wizard posting date

Hi,

Is there any way of changing the date that a Payment Wizard posts as the payment date to the actual future date? We often set up payments a month in advance, but the wizard posts them all as going out on the day the wizard is run.

What is your B1 version/PL? What is your setting for allowing posting on future date?

Hi Gordon,

SAP 8.81 PL10. 

"Allow Future Posting Date" is unticked but i thought that was for  creating sales quotations with future posting dates?

No. that setting affect all postings.

Hi,

It seems that what you are asking is that certain Invoices are included in the Payment Wizard and that Payment Wizard is saved as recommended. Then finally when the Payment Wizard is executed, the date of the payments are day when  the same has been executed and not the date on which the recommendation was saved.

Is that the issue?

Yes the date is the day we run the report rather than the date we set it up with i.e a month in advance.
