Payment Times Report - Statutory Reporting

Executing payment times report, but currently, SAP only generates the Payment times report (PTR) in csv format. Is there any way to obtain the responsible member declaration template from SAP? If not, it is possible to include this in the existing functionality?

Hi,

The statutory reporting relies on tax data, as all applicable taxes must be submitted to the tax authorities. The legal file generated when running the report follows a standard format defined by the tax authority or government

As per statutory reporting guidelines, report is created based upon the tax authority provided format. Please use the standard report which is delivered by SAP.

If a different template or format is used, the generated file will not be accepted by the tax authority.
